Bio:
John has been a resident of Colorado since 1987 and a member of Aspen Flying Club since 1989.
John's an associate instructor at Aspen Flying Club and has a full-time occupation as an International Flight Service Manager with Continental Airlines based in Newark, NJ.
He is rated as a Commercial Pilot w/ single and multi-engine land instrument privileges and is planning to acquire his CFII rating in the future. John is also a Taildragger instructor pilot w/ experience in Citabria, J-3, Super Cub, TaylorCraft, Champ and Pawnee and a part-time glider tow pilot and commercial glider student.

"Communicating the beauty, excitement and personal satisfaction of learning to fly and the training of responsible, competent pilots" are among John's goals as a flight instructor. John enjoys giving Discovery Flights to first-time flyers and participating in the AOPA Project Pilot program for new students.
