Influenced by his dad’s airline career, Gary began flying at the age of 15 and quickly progressed through the various pilot licenses and ratings and became a Certified Flight Instructor in 1982. He enjoys teaching and sharing his experiences with individuals who are interested to learn how to fly.
Gary is a Captain and Line Check Airman for United Airlines and flies mostly international flights on the Boeing 777. With over 19,000 hours of flight time, you will find him still very passionate about flying. In addition to flying, he has an extensive background and current involvement with aviation safety at United Airlines.
